ASEAN Trade Database (ATR)
The ASEAN Trade Database (ATR) provides information relating to trade of ASEAN Member States. The trade information on the ATR is listed under nine main content topics as required by Article 13 of the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA). The nine main topics include:
- Product catalog
- Most-Favoured Nation (MFN) Tariff Rates, Preferential Tariff Rates under the ATIGA Agreement and other ASEAN Agreements with Dialogue Partners
- Rules of origin
- Non-tariff measures (NTMs)
- National customs and trade laws and regulations
- Procedures and requirements for records/documents
- Administrative judgment
- Best practices on trade facilitation applied by Member States
- List of Member States' AEOs
